As part of their training, students in the Leadership Certificate Program are required to complete a leadership practicum. In this practicum they will work individually on a field project under the mentorship of their instructor. In consultation with their instructor, they will compose a research plan, implement that plan and regularly report on their progress and learning.
Completing this practicum will give students a solid foundation for practicing the skills acquired in this certificate program in any environment.
