Student enrollment may be concluded under the following circumstances:
- When a student requests cancellation or withdrawal in writing
- If the student is dismissed, documented evidence for dismissal will be provided to the student. Dismissal may occur on the following grounds:

- Felony conviction
- Substance abuse
- Instructor recommendation based on just cause
- Absence of cooperation
- Failure to pay fees
- Use of profanity
- Plagiarism
- Intentional misuse of online privileges
- Falsification of any documentation or coursework
- Violation of the Student Code of Conduct
- Disrespect towards instructors or other students

- In the event of dismissal on any grounds, a description of the causes will be noted on the student’s permanent record.
